Find Your Fit

Find your fit.

VTT makes wireless bras, nursing bras, and everyday underwear designed to fit real bodies through real days. Getting the right size is only part of finding a good fit — this page explains what a well-fitting VTT piece should feel like, and what to look for if something isn't quite right.

Not sure of your measurements? Start with the VTT Size Guide first.

How should a well-fitting VTT wireless bra feel?

A well-fitting VTT wireless bra should:

  • Sit flat and level across your back — not riding up
  • Have a band that feels snug but not tight; you should be able to fit two fingers underneath
  • Have straps that stay in place without digging in or slipping off the shoulder
  • Fully contain breast tissue without spillage at the top or sides
  • Feel comfortable to wear for a full day without needing adjustment

What are the signs that a wireless bra doesn't fit correctly?

Band riding up at the back

This usually means the band is too large. Try sizing down in the band. The band should sit level all the way around your body.

Straps digging in or leaving marks

If straps are doing most of the work, the band may be too loose. Most support in a bra should come from the band, not the straps. Check your band fit before adjusting straps.

Straps slipping off the shoulder

This may indicate the straps need adjusting, or that the band or cup size needs revisiting. Try adjusting strap length first.

Spillage or gaps at the cup

Spillage over the top or sides suggests the cup is too small. Gaps or wrinkling suggest the cup may be too large.

How should a well-fitting VTT nursing bra feel?

A well-fitting VTT nursing bra should:

  • Provide the same band and cup fit as a standard bra
  • Allow easy one-hand nursing access without the bra shifting out of position
  • Feel comfortable against sensitive postpartum skin throughout the day
  • Accommodate natural size changes during the nursing period

Breast size can change significantly during nursing. If your fit changes, remeasure and refer back to the VTT Size Guide.

How should well-fitting VTT underwear feel?

A well-fitting pair of VTT underwear should:

  • Sit flat against the body without digging in at the waistband or leg openings
  • Stay in place through movement without riding up or shifting
  • Feel smooth under clothing without visible lines or bunching

What size should I choose if I am between sizes?

  • For VTT wireless bras: size up in the band for more comfort
  • For VTT underwear: follow your hip measurement if waist and hip fall in different sizes
  • For VTT nursing bras: consider sizing up from your pre-pregnancy size
