Product Fit and Appearance
Bodies, preferences and fit requirements vary. Size charts and fit recommendations are general guides and do not guarantee an identical fit for every customer.
Product colors may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, production batches and material differences. Minor variations that do not affect normal use are not necessarily defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing information, material descriptions and care instructions before purchasing.

Product Use and Care
Products must be used, washed and stored according to the care instructions provided. VTT Care is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect sizing, improper washing, unauthorized alterations or failure to follow product instructions.
Discontinue use if a product causes unusual irritation, pain or discomfort.
For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel may not be eligible for return after it has been worn, washed, damaged or had its hygiene seal removed, subject to applicable law and our Return Policy.

Availability and Errors
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, inventory and website information accurate. However, typographical errors, technical errors or availability changes may occur.
VTT Care reserves the right to correct errors, update information, limit quantities, reject suspicious transactions or cancel affected orders. If a cancelled order has already been charged, the applicable payment will be refunded.
